Technical Support Representatives

Our continuous growth in 24/7 support services for technology companies – ISPs, ASPs, computer vendors, web hosting companies, and data centers – generates requirements for technical support representatives who are proficient in written and oral communications.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or Equivalent
• Certifications are a plus – MCSE, CCNA, RHCE
• Prefer 1+ years of technical support experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
