System Administrators Linux/Unix or Windows)
We are looking for experienced system administrators with experience in 24/7 support of Unix/Linux and Windows servers for the web hosting industry. The system admins will be part of a talented team that is responsible for the on going maintenance, growth and development of a large scale server farms housed in data centers and running primarily on Linux, FreeBSD and Windows2000/2003 platform.
Required Qualifications
		Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
		Strong attention to detail
		4 year college degree in a computer science related field
		RHCE, MCSE 2000+ certification or equivalent knowledge of Windows server platforms
		Experience with hosting automation platforms (Plesk, Ensim, cPanel, HSPhere, etc)
		Must have good working knowledge of the following, but not limited to Apache 1.3.x and 2.0, ProFTPd, MySQL, PHP, Sendmail, Exim, SSHd, Qmail, Qpopper, Bind, Nagios, etc.
		1+ years experience in a datacenter environment
		Experience with hosted applications in an enterprise or internet environment
		Extensive knowledge of PC hardware including pc/server building, hardware troubleshooting, and problem resolution
		Experience with network hardware installation and troubleshooting
		Experience in server hardening and security
		Cable management and termination
		Fundamental knowledge of networking including routing and switching
		Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite
		Experience with command-line interfaces (routers, switches, Linux consoles, etc)
		Experience working with firewalls and firewall rule sets
		Must be able to determine when a server is in a 'distressed' state, e.g. network performing badly, short of swap space, short of RAM, overloaded CPU, overloaded I/O subsystem. Understand how to gather more information and recommend a solution.
		Knowledge of how to modify kernel and device driver behavior
		Must be self-motivated and have the ability to utilize online resources to solve problems
Required Qualifications for Windows Admins:
		Strong documentation skills
		Experience with Antivirus products
		Experience with network security systems (IDS, Vulnerability scanners, etc)
		Experience with Microsoft SMS 2003 and Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM)
		Experience with automated service provisioning systems (Microsoft Provisioning System, HSP Complete, PEM, etc)
		Experience with PC and OS virtualization applications (VMWare, Microsoft Virtual Server, Virtuozzo)
		Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS) 2003 installation and administration
Other Certifications:
		RHCE, CCNA, MCSE certifications are a plus
